Ignition System Modernization
We specialize in converting unstable, high-maintenance points-style ignitions to Pertronix Electronic Ignition systems. This allows for a factory-original appearance while delivering a maintenance-free, high-output spark that improves cold-start reliability and throttle response across the entire RPM range.
Fuel System Calibration & Metallurgy
Modern ethanol-blended fuels are a chemical weapon against vintage fuel systems. We provide total remanufacturing for SU, Zenith-Stromberg, and Weber carburation, utilizing ethanol-resistant internals and custom-cut gaskets from our Lost Gaskets LLC division to prevent lean-run conditions and vapor lock.
Precision Metrology & Tuning
We utilize modern diagnostic rigor—including vacuum-leak smoke testing and four-gas analysis—to dial in the air-fuel ratios of engines that were originally tuned by ear. Our goal is to achieve the highest possible Volumetric Efficiency without compromising the vehicle's historical authenticity.
